The staff was very friendly and the assigned room was very clean. The bathroom was prestige clean, the bad very comfortable. Also the amenities were top notch. We requested a top room and the staff satisfied our request. We appreciated also the dedicated underground parking.

This is the perfect hotel to discover Lisbon and its surrounding and feel like a real local. The York-House is one of a kind. You feel like staying in an old family house steeped in history. I really enjoyed its location in the city where everything is within walking distance or very well served by public transports. After a long day walking up and down the cobbled streets and admiring the decorated facades, come back and relax in this charming patio, enjoying a tea or a coffee. The room was very spacious, elegant, clean and absolutely unique. Breakfast was excellent and varied, offering Portuguese specialties. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient, and helpful with perfect English. I would definitely send a friend there.
