Very centrally located within easy walking distance of main areas of Lisbon Room was spotless and beds ultra comfortable But the stand out positive was the staff ! They could not have been more helpful and friendly to my wife and myself on our couple weekend in Lisbon and went out of their way to make our stay extra special ! We will definitely be back.

Everything was perfect and it was a great time spent at this hotel! I was mostly surprised by the excellent facilities and the soundproof window. The location is perfect. The staff was amazing, helpful at any time and offered a goodbye gift. Breakfast was also really good.

We liked that the staff placed new bottles of water in the room every day — and not just any bottles, they were glass ones. We appreciated that the sheets were changed every day, unless we specifically asked them not to. Breakfast was excellent — flawless, really — and the breakfast staff was wonderful.

Everything is the best. We enjoyed very very much having chosen this hotel, be the location right in the town centre, the front staff especially the young guy named David who welcomed us to the hotel with full explanation of the hotel and the areas. Breakfast is excellent plus the service. We will definitely come back here if there is a chance to visit Lisbon again. Highly recommend!
