A Perfect 6-Day Retreat at Temple Tree – Heritage, Serenity, and Warm Hospitality We spent six unforgettable days at Temple Tree Resort in Langkawi, and it was truly one of the most remarkable stays we’ve ever had. The resort’s collection of beautifully restored heritage houses transported us back in time, offering a unique blend of charm and character while still providing all the modern comforts we needed. Each house tells its own story, making the experience all the more special. The lush gardens surrounding the property created a serene and peaceful environment, perfect for relaxation. The pool area was another highlight for us—especially the pool shaded by the iconic tree from which the resort takes its name. We spent hours lounging by the water, soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The food at Temple Tree was absolutely delicious. Every meal at the on-site Paloh Restaurant & Bar was a treat, with flavors that perfectly captured the essence of Malaysian cuisine. The attention to detail and quality of the dishes made every dining experience memorable. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were met with genuine warmth and kindness. The team was incredibly helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their dedication and friendliness made us feel right at home. Unique experience in beautiful setting. The individual houses are spacious and comfortable. The home made bread and cake made for a varied and tasty breakfast which could be enjoyed with the resort's cats or a variety of tame birds. Restaurant food was outstanding and meant we ate everynight there and the staff were all helpful and friendly The resort is a 20 minute walk from the beach and town so easily accessible without a car. It is a stay which will remain long in the memory.

We had an amazing stay. Shoulder massage and welcome drink on arrival were a lovely touch. Facilities were excellent - choice of restaurants and great pool and beach areas. Breakfast was delicious - couldn’t fault it. Staff were amazing, very attentive and so friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Comfortably room, quite place, sea view from balcony, close to Langkawi airport, Pantai Cenang beach, Gunung Machinchang sky bridge.

The beach and the view is absolutely amazing. We stayed for nights and the breakfast was amazing although it can feel a bit repetitive after the 2nd day. They do change some of the dishes though. The staffs behavior are on another level. Extremely welcoming very warm and very helpful. Both of our kids (8G and 10B)also had an amazing time. They were either cycling (complimentary) or at the kids pool, which by the was very safe and did not need any supervision or they were busy at the kids club which is supervised by their lovely staff. Then we also had dinner by the beach, the food was simply outstanding just wish we could have enjoyed the food but couldn't due to mosquitos and insects biting on us. Hopefully the concern department can take care of this issue. They have two pools one is dedicated to adults only and then there is the family pool. I honestly loved the idea of having a private cavana right infront of the pool. You can lovedovey and all romantic with the missus all in your own little private area where no one can peek. We really enjoyed it.
