Palazzo Ossuna: Excellent communication on booking.com. Domenico, Fulvia & Valentina answered all of my questions quickly and booked all of our lunch & dinner reservations in the region during our stay! They also stayed on top of our reservations & reminded us. They were fantastic online & in person!!! We booked an airport shuttle through the stay which was through the Trapani Tourism board. 30€ each way to have a private transfer to & from the stay’s front door. Both drivers were prompt on time, professional & the cars were very clean. The hotel is just at the end of the Main pedestrian Street with restaurants so perfectly located. We stayed on the top floor suite with rooftop patio in June. Six flights of stairs to the top! The air conditioning works great as we only ran it while in the room. The bed was super comfortable along with the pillows. There is a large closet cabinet to organize your clothing. An electrical 3 prong outlet on either side of the bed. Black out curtains in the bedroom & living room. The street noise wasn’t so bad but the seagulls are incredibly loud & start very early morning. I recommend ear plugs. The entire apartment was very clean & well appointed for a long stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The fridge had a large welcome bottle of water. The bathroom has one electrical 3 prong outlet next to the sink & another next to the shower. Lighting is sufficient. The shower pressure was a little inconsistent but hot water works & has an instant water heater. We highly recommend Antichi Sapori & A’Nassa for nearby restaurants. In Erice, Domus Blanca- secret garden & Gli Archi di San Carlo-reservation required for an amazing meal in a “secret garden.” Grazie Mille Palazzo Ossuna!

The property totally excedeed my expectation: supercomfy beds and pillows, huge bathroom (as big as the room), silent aircon, good taste in interior decoration. Salvatore was always helpful for any issue through whatsapp. Bar and restaurant available at the main floor. I would definitely go back!

Located just outside Trapani Marina, this accommodation is just fantastic and has a lovely view. Loved the palazzo style decor and vibe of the place, you instantly feel you are in a different time. Spacious room and bathroom, we spent a very relaxing day in Trapani after being on the road for most of the day. Ruth was very helpful, giving us wonderful tips and breakfast at the bar outside was lovely. Could not have asked for more.

Great hotel by the waterfront and marina. Close to everything.

Very good location, next to the station. One can also walk easily to the port . Room was big and tidy. Staff was very helpful and let us check-in earlier. To sum up, would recommend this property.

I noticed some confusion in the reviews regarding the hotel. The hotel offers different types of rooms, which explains the varying comments. Our accommodation was very clean and included an extra sofa bed, kitchen, AC, Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom functioned well. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. It was quiet, and the room met our expectations.

Very nice apartment in the center of the medieval city of Erice. Eevrything was as described. It is fully renivated with one original wall made of medieval stone. The terrace is surounded in medieval walls wich I found very appealing when we had our meals. Everything in the city is walking distance. You can also take a walk around and on the original medieval city walls and see the diferent era of construction. If you look carefully and take your time, you can still find writings on the outer walls that date back to the Phoenician era (dating back to before 300 BC), that for me is amazing! Hint: you can fin them between the Trapani door and the Carmine door (closer to the Carmine door).

Dedication to the guest. Fresh breakfast and very good coffee. Unfortunately we did not have time to go to swimming poole.
