The staff were incredible-I had read some previous reviews about the staff but could not believe how outstanding they all were. One person in particular who sticks in my memory is Alexander who works at the bar-he is a real asset to your hotel. The breakfast was also sublime

The building (a century-old house) and the gardens are beautiful ! the room was great ! Big and quite confortable All the staff was super nice and helpfull.

Nice rooms, great view over the lake! Everything was clean and the room was quiet. We also enjoyed the option to order our breakfast right to the room!

Amazing hotel and very freindly and accommodating staff. The location at the sea side is wonderful. We had a wonderful vacation and will visit this hotel again.

Located between the mountains and the Borromean Gulf, Hotel Simplon is set in its own sub-tropical gardens, close to the centre of Baveno.
