Hotel is located at the very top of Ostuni, where there are less tourists (comppared to the plaza where Comune Di Ostuni is located). when yo uwalk around the closest area it is quite calm (unless it is dinner time) Delicious breakfast with some of the best cakes I have ever eaten. Parking available for the guests with parking transfer was great fun. There was no problem to leave the luggage after check out with the hotel for the last walk. Superb hotel, would recommend it!

Get a feel of times gone by at this completely renovated hotel and restaurant, dating back to the 13th century and set in La Terra, the old quarter of Ostuni.

The location was perfect and the shuttle service back and forth from the parking lot was incredible. Wonderful breakfast as well. Hats off to all the staff who made our stay amazing. Loved everything about Ostuni and this hotel.

An amazing retreat! Wonderful place with a location to easily reach the picturesque towns in the area. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. The GM Sonia went out if her way to assist us and make us feel special guests.

A Hidden Oasis in Martina Franca – Absolutely Perfect! Tucked away behind a walled entrance in a quiet residential area, this holiday home turned out to be a peaceful little haven – just a short stroll from the beautiful old town of Martina Franca. The setting is calm, charming, and wonderfully authentic. Our private little courtyard was the perfect place to begin each day. While breakfast wasn't officially included, every morning, someone would kindly offer us coffee as they passed by. Alongside it came thoughtful treats: fresh pastries, toast, fruit –the figs were a particular highlight! The owners and staff were genuinely delightful – so warm, friendly, and welcoming, despite the language barrier. Their kindness and generosity really made us feel at home, and we can’t thank them enough. The small pool on the property was another fantastic bonus – ideal for a refreshing dip before breakfast or a cool-down after a day of exploring the nearby towns and countryside. Parking was never an issue either – we always found easy, free street parking just outside the property. All in all, this is a truly special place to stay while exploring Martina Franca and the surrounding Valle d'Itria. We’re so grateful to have found it and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended!
