location - it was very close to the designer outlet which was my main reason of traveling to that area.

I booked the room because it was near the Designer Outlet Noventa di Piave and I was there to go shopping. It was really close to the shops, probably 4 minutes walk. The room was very clean which was very important for me. It was comfortable and they provided everything needed, even slippers (while in other hotels that I stayed in Venezia they asked me to buy the slippers myself). The breakfast was very delicious and abundant, you had plenty of options to choose from.

Location is just across the designer outlet. Parking is free in the open space carpark. Friendly staff.

Excellent location if you are visiting Designer Outlet across the street. Free parking in front of the hotel. More outlet stores just in front of the hotel. Very good breakfast. Roadhouse fast food/restaurant next to the hotel. Easy access to Noventa Di Piave restaurants and gas station.

The room was in line with expectations. In case you are arriving with a car, there is a lot of parking space. Property is nicely located if you wish to visit Venice, or combine Venice and near by Designer outlet. Hotel is good for short stay. Breakfast is very good.
