My partner and I had a wonderful stay here. You could tell this is a family run business with a lot of care put in. We loved the personalised touches - for example one day we had gone on a long run and missed lunch but there was lovely salad and wine waiting for us at a table once we came back. The owner showed us the vegetable garden and let us pick our rocket leaves for the salad in the evening. The waitress stayed chatting to us about living in London after her shift was done. It was very professional, friendly, clean and with personal touches. The garden and the surrounding area was a tranquil Tuscan green. Loved it.

His property is ideally located for exploring the lovely town of Sarteano and the entire region. Bruno mapped out our daily excursions to ensure we experienced the best of Tuscany and Umbria. Very central, Josephe at the front desk was so helpful, he showed me what to do and where to eat throughout my stay. I will definitely go back and stay there. Super clean room and very spacious.

This wonderful place exceeded all our expectations. The location is excellent, with views of Montepulciano and breathtaking views over Tuscany. Lovely atmosphere and creatively decorated rooms, a beautiful natural pool We received a warm welcome, were looked after well and our children were made to feel at home. And we received great tips were to go in the neighbourhood. The dinner was delicious.
