Ahemad who checked us in, was absolutely a delight, took care of every request without hesitation, went out of his way to ensure we had an absolutely wonderful time.......A beautiful boutique hotel...very charming...excellent location. Parking was easily available. Beautiful rooms with outstanding art...spacious and clean. The terrace is absolutely beautiful as are all the outdoor areas. Super pleased with our choice. Had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Chose the hotel partly because of the beautiful, bright and characterful decor, which was very enjoyable. We liked the nice little touches which made it feel special and made us smile, e.g. the book corner which included the Genius of Arab Civilisation, the lovely welcome letter, the chocolates, drinks and treats in the hotel reception. Very welcoming, warm and helpful staff, especially Majdi and Suheir. Liked the proximity to local restaurants which we frequented, especially Bagel Cafe and Focaccia.

In the heart of Jerusalem, the YMCA Three Arches Hotel probably has the best location in town. Opposite the famous King David Hotel, it is a 10-minute walk from the Old City.
