Wow what a place. Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Lovely hotel staff were so friendly. Room was lovely nice and clean not a great view but still a lovely room. Food was really nice and breakfast was delicious. We had dinner as well again food was fabulous and staff were lovely thank you for a great stay. Perfect location
