Everything was great, room view was amazing, so quiet so you can't hear the noise from a street. Restaurant is top, you can order anything and it's always very good. Breakfast was also perfect, top quality cereals and in addition you can order anything you like from menu. Good choice of messages. Very kind staff.

All was great: perfect location and atmosphere, friendly staff and not overcrouded, you can always enjoy the pool. Additionaly Sri Ratih has a good kitchen, always delicious breakfast and service all the day. We liked message and were waiting for indonesian bedtime stories every evening.

Loved the vilas, the rooms, the pool, the breakfast and of course the staff without them it wouldn't be this good! The room was big, had really good AC, a small fridge, water bottles and kettle complimentary. The breakfast we had to choose was very good and enough for us. We loved the location, within walking distance to the main road of Ubud yet in a secluded peaceful place. The staff were very helpful and answered all our questions extremely fast, and cant thank them for the surprises that they have organized for the birthday celebration!

we came here for a final stay of our honeymoon, recommended by friends and it did not disappoint. Not only did they decorate the room for us arriving but the staff made the entire stay so lovely. absolutely nothing was a bother to them. the views of the room are absolutely unreal and just enjoying the jungle was amazing! we got a massage also and can’t recommend enough, we were so relaxed afterwards! we had a card from the staff for our honeymoon plus a leaving gift - we honestly felt spoilt from start to end. wish we had stayed longer! it’s only around 15 mins from Ubud centre so really not far, we used a grab both days and it was easy!

Magical hotel, with a wonderful view of the rice fields. It's worth every penny you pay. We stayed in the Jambu room, two floors with 2 bathrooms, one had an outdoor shower that it's dream. Everything super super clean. Room super cosy, with linen sheets, AC, super spacious. They provide a little box with mosquito repelent, ear plugs, a flahslight. In the closet you can find linen ropes and slippers an a firts aid kit. The breakfast is amazing. The swimming pools too, there are natural ones and one upstairs near the rooms with views of the rice fields. In the afternoon you can enjoy a sunset. The food is another level, you have two restaurants and the bar for snacks. We didn't move because of how well we ate. All organic and natural. Delicious. The staff is the heart of the hotel, making you feel at home, always attentive and concerned about yoy, giving you the best possible experience. Thank you very much for everything you are truly the best.

The resort is close to central Ubud but far enough away to enjoy the tranquility of the natural setting. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed relaxing and enjoying the ambience.
