The island is gorgeous, quiet compared to some areas of Bali, hardly any traffic. This hotel is so stylish and intimate, we loved the restaurant right on the beach and all the design elements. A pool near the beach is great, and also the pool by the spa was lovely and quiet, we had it to ourselves most days.

Good location in Sanur. Near the beach, next to new ICON Bali shopping mall. Liked the pool area, the suite with open bathroom. Felt like an oasis in the middle of the city. Very clean, no odd smells and mold in the room. Good room service. No breakfast in the property, provided in the neighboring restaurant (ok). Recommended if in Sanur.

We booked collection from the airport, our flight was delayed 2 hrs and I was worried they would have left but no, they were there to meet us, very kind and friendly. Even though we arrived 2am they took the time to receive us with a lovely cold drink and showed us all the facilities. I was very impressed by their kindness and friendliness. The resort itself is immaculate, with beautifully maintained grounds and stunning attention to detail that reflects the essence of Balinese charm. The food is absolutely delicious, showcasing fresh, flavorful ingredients that are very tasty and made all a delightful experience. If you value personalised service and an intimate atmosphere over the scale of a large resort, Klumpu Bali is the perfect choice. It’s a tranquil and beautiful haven where you can unwind in style and comfort. Overall, this is a five-star experience in every way. We loved everything about the place - the spacious rooms, private pool, the service, location. The entire staff were friendly and very professional and helpful, even though they don't understand English very well. Our food was always brought to our villa on time. The bonus is the location - we could walk to the beach and shops.

This was our last stop after travelling around Bali and it met our expectations in terms of comfort and space. The room was a very generous size, the pool area was very relaxing and we enjoyed a lunch at Katala. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful.
