It was an amazing place to stay! We spent a week there and loved everything about it. The rooms are spotless and spacious, and the service is outstanding, everyone is so kind and thoughtful. They even gave us a flower soap for Valentine’s Day! Both receptionists were incredibly helpful, offering great advice on what to see in Budapest. The breakfast is lovely, but what really sets this hotel apart is the free tea, coffee, and even hot wine with dessert available all day and for free. The location is perfect, right in the center and close to all transport. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again! Thank you to the wonderful staff! 😊

Excellent location. Close enough to many parts of the city to be able to walk. Metro station, bus stops and tram stops all within walking distance. Bonus if you are over 65 because public transport is free. The hotel is very well appointed, has an amazing breakfast with choices to suit everyone, is extraordinarily welcoming and the staff are superb. Not to mention the coffee and cake available every afternoon, free of charge. Adam, the concierge was extremely helpful and the breakfast room staff were all very friendly, especially Amarilla. The bedroom was beautiful with very pleasant decor and comfortable bed and a pillow menu. You couldn’t ask for a better hotel.

The Mamaison Residence Izabella Budapest just off the UNESCO-protected Andrassy Avenue and offers spacious and quiet suites with kitchenettes and free Wi-Fi.
