The staff went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We checked in past the time when dinner is served and they offered to put aside some sandwiches for us for when we arrive. Staff helped us sort out an issue with a rental bike in a matter of minutes. And we really appreciated that we could use the wellness facilities past our check-out time. I really enjoyed the food as well - they catered for all needs! I don't often say this but we are really considering returning to this hotel.

The 3-storey building is situated in tranquil surroundings, 600 metres from the city centre and 1,300 metres away from the thermal lake.

Very nice and helpful employers. Severin makes every my day, speaks English very well, helps to move my luggage upstairs, adjust a bike, calls for a taxi, answers all my questions smiling. The ladies staff are also very nice and smiling.
