New building, very easy to find. Very close to the city center. Enough parking spaces that belong to the accommodation. Everything was very clean, bright and the layout of the rooms/furniture was very nice. The owner Klaudio was very friendly, he welcomed me and my daughter and showed us the room and everything we could find in it. You can feel that it is a family business. I liked that the pool is in the middle of both buildings, it was also very clean. Breakfast is in the building next to it (they belong together), which did not bother me. I really liked the breakfast room, it was on the top and had a beautiful view of Zadar and the sea. Two employees made sure that the food was fresh and there was enough of it. Very very satisfied and I recommend it to everyone. Thank you!

We have been to many places in our time , but we have to say , this beautiful apartment , is by far the best . The owners are the nicest , & could not do enough for us . The walk into the old town is around 40 mins , but a beautiful walk . But only 5 min walk is the restaurant , shops & beach . Wonderful restaurant called MIIJO , wonderful food & service Zadar what wonderful memories we will always have

Marinka is one of the best hosts ever. She is extremely friendly, let us check in 2 hours before the proposed check in time. She is very hospitable and her apartment is compact, very clean and extremely central. It's worth every penny. You are very close to the city and there are bakeries and supermarkets nearby. The apartment is very thoughtfully setup with beautiful pictures and has everything that you can possibly need.
