The room was lovely, clean, and big, with everything we needed in the room. It was also in a separate building to the pub so it wasn’t too loud. It was located in the centre of town, so transport and everything was close by. The breakfast included in the price was awesome - buffet or anything on the menu with drinks included. The staff were so attentive and polite. Overall, it was excellent value for money and a fantastic place to stay if you’re in Witney.

Overlooking Witney's Church Green, The Fleece is a charming Georgian building with spacious and modern rooms. A good breakfast is served every morning, and Wi-Fi and parking are free.

Excellent reception, great to have parking in centre of town - although quite tight so don’t travel in a caravan! Excellent bedrooms, small and perfectly formed, air conditioning worked a treat on the hottest day of the year! Wonderful breakfast and Quad restaurant is not to be missed! Guests’ library is a wonderful place to relax. All in all, a fantastic place to stay in Oxford, expensive but worth it - you get what you pay for!

We were in a wonderful room on the top floor that left nothing to be desired. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding! Even though the hotel is a bit out of the way, there is a bus around the corner that takes you to the city center every 15 minutes. We would love to come back as a family!

The breakfast is probably one of the best I have had in any hotel I’ve stayed in. We only arrived at 2am thanks to the air traffic control flight chaos in the uk, instead of 5pm so unfortunately did not get to enjoy the hotel to its fullest but highly recommend anyway
