Nice, spacious room with good facilities. Great breakfast options and good quality food. Right in the heart of old Poole town, yet not so near the sometimes lively (noisy?) quayside. Staff very helpful and personable.

The room and the view were very good, breakfast was included and location was next to the beach (if you're lucky you have a view on the beach) and near to the centre.

This is my second stay at this charming property which is just a 10-minute walk from the train station and just 20 minutes from the town centre and the beach. Our room was very spacious, with a view on to the small garden below. The staff was very courteous and helpful.

I came to the hotel at night, took taxi from train station, it costed me 8pounds. the room was clean, comfortable and stylish. as I came at night it was freezing outside, I came to the room and luckily found water, tea bags and kettle. the location is good, the sea is just 10 min walk, but the pier is in a walking distance, not to far. I didn’t have time to go there, just went to see the sea and saw the pier in a distance. also it was good distance to work place, and to the train station. I liked the place. I didn’t go to breakfast as was in a hurry.

All aspects of the hotel and staff was excellent. Staff where always ready to help and smilling nothing seemed a problem
