ItalyHotel staff was super!!! Kind, patient and careful. They help us a lot with special food for my wife and some take away that is difficult to find somewhere else. Restaurant was really good (cheese selection is awesome) and room was very clean and beautiful. I can give maximum 10 but the right should be 11!!!!
