Everything was absolutely perfect! I stayed there for two weeks, and by the end I knew all the staff by name — and they all knew me too :) The apartment was clean and cleaned regularly. I had a beautiful view from both the window and the balcony. It wasn’t noisy at all because they gave me a great spot — the windows and balcony faced the lounge area. You could really feel that everyone cared about you. They even surprised me with little thoughtful gifts like discounts or a glass of prosecco on the house. The hotel has everything you might need: a gym, a restaurant, and a convenience store. You can rent or buy anything you forgot to bring from home. What truly made this vacation unforgettable were the people who work there :)

Our stay at Hotel Filiz was fantastic! Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with champagne and received an upgraded room. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of options. Big thumbs up for the attention to detail and spotless cleanliness. The location was perfect, just over a 30-minute walk to the city center via a beautiful port route, with convenient bus stops nearby. We will definitely visit again!

The hotel itself was beautiful, a fabulous setting with mature gardens and beautiful buildings. The location was absolutely perfect, only a very short walk to the beach and different restaurants and cafes. The only one minor issue I had was that I had seen some ants in the bathroom but I think this was because I was in the ground floor of the hotel.
