Cannot fault anything about the property but there was lots of loud music during tthr night which was slightly disturbing

The breakfast was a lovely inclusion to start a day of sightseeing. Fresh juice, croissant, fruit and eggs however you like them, with tea and coffee - perfect. Veronica's communication prior to arrival was excellent and it continued through out our stay from the airport pick up, laundry service, driver for a private tour, luggage storage, taxi orders and assistance in printing of documents we needed. It is a beautiful hotel and is enhanced by it's wonderful staff. Highly recommend staying here. One of the best stays of our entire trip.

I loved everything about this hotel, my stay was spectacular, I enjoyed a great view from my room, also the room, the bed I slept in is more comfortable than my own bed. I was able to get around the city and getting back to my hotel was very easy. Also the staff provided me with a lot of information about places to go and eeo transportation. I really enjoyed everything. It is a place that is definitely worth visiting. The interior of the hotel is like a trip back in time and there is a great story behind it.

Amazing hotel, staff and location. Would highly recommend. Lovely family run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble and lots of advice and recommendations were given by Francisco. Breakfasts were lovely, rooms large and well Equipped and a lovely small roof terrace

I LOVED this hotel, it has a huge old charme. Filled with beautiful details. Excellent location, just by San Francisco plaza. Large room and the plus of having a restaurant connected to it. My 10+ goes to Darwin, he went the extra mile and was so attentive and kind!

Excellent hotel with great rooms, excellent breakfast and lovely staff. All transfers to/from airport worked very well. Everyone was professional, helpful and incredibly nice. I found Quito safe during daytime - I was walking everywhere, including to La Mariscal (a very long hike). However, I know Spanish and do not stand out.
