The location for the Christmas markets was perfect. The hotel staff were lovely. The room was really cool. It was comfortable and clean. The shower is kind of in the room. There is a little privacy but if you are shy maybe check this out first. We thought it was cool and funny. The toiletries provided were really lovely. If they had of been on sale I would have bought them. The bar upstairs is really cool with incredible views over the zoo and city. The bar staff were really nice and the cocktails fabulous. It was expensive in the bar but it's to be expected for the location.

The staff were really friendly and welcoming. The room was very comfortable and nicely done out. Having a real coffee machine was a lovely touch as was the birthday gift which was a really lovely surprise.
