Perfect location (on route to Hungary), very comfortable hotel with plenty of free parking places; spacious rooms with great bed & linnen and an amazing shower. Very friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast in an big, open, yet cozy restaurant. Amazing gym. Perfect stay!

I arrived post midnight and already had paid, somehow the hotel was full but without hesitation or problem the staff already booked a taxi for us to Vienna House Hotel in Krönberg and we stayed there at no extra cost and no hassle needed. This is some of the best customer service I have ever come across in Hotel Accommodation. Thank you to Mercure for your exceptional service.

The closeness by foot from the central train station suited me. The location is brilliant:I liked having a nice view through the window at the enormously big buildings that are a true sign of Frankfurt. The room was super cozy and the bed was comfortable. It was a marvelous two nights stay, alone. The reception answered any question I had. They worked at 5.45 am when I left the room. Normal price. Bathroom had special mirror for makeup and was large and had bathtub. I truly felt special, the hotel room was really great.
