Buffets for breakfasts and dinner (dinners are paid for separately). 20 min by car to reach Plovdiv city centre. Staff were wonderful. So helpful. Offered us use of umbrellas when rain started unexpectedly one evening. Also sorted a kettle and cups for the room so that we could make a drink during the day. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh cooked eggs on request. Lovely dining room overlooking Roman remains. Location is perfect. At the edge of the pedestrian area for the main town and a stones throw away from the old town. When we were leaving the staff phoned for a taxi which arrived in a few minutes and was half the price we paid for our incoming taxi ride which we got ourselves at the airport (we were clearly ripped off!!)

Wow! An amazing place. I asked for a women-only room and I actually got a whole room for myself (Off season...). This is a small hostel (as I like), just a few rooms. Easy to meet the other travelers. There is a bar downstairs and it's really nice. The manager of the hostel is a very nice person, he was always ready to talk and help, and he really helped me a lot. Thank you again, Dimitar! Oh, and the location is perfect! So it's one of the best hostels I've been to. If I come back to Plovdiv, I will probably return to this hostel :)
