I liked the atmosphere, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, and the excellent breakfast. The location is superb for the nature reserve. The restaurant across the road was open for evening meals, and the food was of a high standard. I appreciated the bus service that stopped right outside the door of the hotel, and which took me back to Knokke.

The staff really takes care about you: they called us and explained it in details how to get to the hotel, gave tips about sights, asked about our allergies and restrictions for the breakfast. The breakfast itself was brilliant - everything was fresh-cooked specially for us, and everything was very tasty. The hotel itself looks very impressive, especially the lounge room.
