I simply liked everything about this hotel. I felt expected long before arrival - I received comprehensive messages by email + there was a phone call a week before the check-in date. Lovely staff, smiling and engaged. Excellent breakfast and menu in the restaurant: a la carte + offer of the day (classic + vegetarian option). Great bartender - I particularly enjoyed the aperitif (the Gin Cassis Fizz interpretation) and the mezcal. The massage was perfekt - as strong as I wanted and very stress relieving. And I know that from a 5* hotel you can usually expect a lot, but not to every hotel I would like to return, and to this hotel I would very much like to come again :-)

The apartment was a really nice size with everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The views were good, too. The relaxation area was an added bonus.Bettina and the staff helped with everything we needed.

Excellent hotel. Practically we booked a villa for my family of 4 . Kitchen, living room, sauna, relaxing lounge after sauna, all for us 4. Everything brand new, I believe from last summer . Heated pool excellent! Excellent cuisine, la label Gault& Millau is not displayed without a perfect reason ! You have the bus in front of the hotel 2 times per hour to and from the ski tracks. 6 places taxi for less than 20 euros the trip are also available. Enough parking place. Heidi, the hostess, is fantastic! Thanks for everything!

An excellent hotel in a great location for the main ski lift - just a few minutes walk. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the staff went over and above to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay again and would recommend.

Very nice room, it’s so modern and clean

Everything was perfect. Apartment was spacious, clean, comfy, very well designed and equipped. You can use sauna, relaxation room, whirlpool and external natural swimming pool. The building is very well maintained and provides nice view. Very enjoyable!

Since our very first visit over 15 years ago, Gästehaus Bramböck has become our second home. This was our sixth time returning to this charming place, and each visit surpasses our expectations. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed, which made preparing meals for our family easy and enjoyable. The level of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the guesthouse is commendable—everything looks brand new. Words cannot describe the magnificence of the view from the wide balcony. The breathtaking landscape of the mountains and green fields was like a work of art that changed with every moment of the day. Having a morning coffee on the balcony was one of the most wonderful moments of our day. The location is also very quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect escape from the hustle of daily life. The Bramböck family are warm, friendly, and respectful people who are always happy to offer help and support. They genuinely care that their guests feel completely at home. In short, Gästehaus Bramböck is the perfect choice for anyone looking for a special stay in Austria. We cherish the beautiful memories we have made here and eagerly look forward to our next return.
