O atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional, todas as pessoas que trabalham no hotel são educadas e prestativas. O café da manhã é bom e o atendimento da equipe do café da manhã é ótimo. Elas sempre perguntavam o que eu e minha esposa gostaríamos de comer. Além de termos uma boa variedade de frutas, pães e doces que nos atendeu muito bem. O Elevador funciona muito bem e eles possuem estacionamento, mas eu não utilizei. A recepção não fica aberta 24 horas, mas o hotel tem segurança 24 horas e ele tem contato com a equipe para qualquer necessidade. O Quarto que fiquei era muito espaçoso e silencioso. O banheiro muito bom, com ducha forte e água com regulagem de temperatura eficiente. A localização do Hotel é muito boa, ele tem um fácil acesso e ótima localização para os principais passeios na região.

Everything was perfect, and we hope to be able to come back soon. The staff was so nice, the hotel is beautiful, there's a thorough attention to detail everywhere. The room was very comfortable and well thought out. I loved having Aesop products in the bathroom. We tried the food at the cafe and it was delicious. We didn't have time to try the pool, but I am sure it's delighftul after a long day of exploring.

I love the attention to small details of this hotel. The room was small for its price, but the bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Their staff are very attentive and warm. The minimalistic design of the lobby was impressive and very pleasant to the eyes. The view from the pool is beautiful. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

My wife and I spent four unforgettable nights at Parkroyal Langkawi as part of our honeymoon, and it was easily the best hotel experience we've ever had. We booked the Private Pool Ocean View Room, which was absolutely exceptional. They left us a complimentary cake with a very nice message and a flower for our honeymoon as well as room decorations, we loved the small gesture. The view from our private pool opened directly onto the ocean, allowing us to enjoy stunning sunsets every evening in complete privacy—an experience we’ll never forget. The room aside, the entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Everything was spotless, and it’s clear the hotel takes great pride in maintaining its facilities. While we didn’t use the main infinity pool, it looked amazing and also offers a beautiful ocean view. The location is perfect—just a 5 to 10-minute walk to the Pantai Cenang beach. Plus, there are several supermarkets right across the street that stay open until 1 AM, which was super convenient. All in all, Parkroyal Langkawi delivered a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and service. We can’t recommend it highly enough.

The hospitality was exceptional. Every staff member I encountered was polite, helpful, and went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The buggy service around the resort was incredibly efficient and convenient — available at any time with just a quick call. The drivers were always so friendly, and it made getting around the resort so easy and enjoyable, especially after a long day of exploring. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the ocean and tropical greenery. Housekeeping was impeccable, and the little touches each day made the stay feel truly luxurious. The food was another highlight fresh, flavourful, and thoughtfully curated. From breakfast to dinner, every meal was delicious. I especially appreciated the variety of local and international options. Whether it was snorkeling with vibrant marine life, lounging by the beach, or enjoying a romantic dinner by sunset, every moment was memorable. I highly recommend Marriott Pulau Perhentian to anyone looking for a luxury escape surrounded by natural beauty. Can’t wait to come back!
