Wonderful, new property. Everything in great condition, attentive staff and amazing service. Great meals everyday, and the staff were always friendly and helpful with good advice. Mohammad Alrad was an fabulous and courteous host, always assisting with our queries and helping with travel guidance. An asset to Bubblefish. Highly recommended for a stay - especially if you love snorkeling and scuba diving - some of the best reefs and dive spots in Borneo in close proximity.

This monument building completes the experience of such historical city. It takes you back in time and gives you the feeling of going back in history.
The location can’t be better as it’s just next to market and city bar and restaurants .
Staff are not only friendly but also very caring. They look after you land they take care of you as you are a family member.
I truly enjoyed my stay in this hotel and will go back there again with no doubt.

AMAZING! One of the best places we've stayed in our year of travel!
We had 2 rooms and all guests were thrilled!
The rooms have all been finished and fitted to a very high standard with high tech specs throughout such as electric window blinds, touch sockets etc. The attention to detail throughout is exceptional- the toiletries, free cleaning products and covid safe kit and even powerbanks with android and apple cables for borrowing in the bedside drawers!
Beds and pillows were super comfortable and bathrooms were clean with good quality hot showers.
Check in and check out processes were
smooth and efficient and excellent communications from the CJ Residence team throughout!
Also a great location-walkable to shops and malls and an easy Grab ride to the airport.
100% recommend and would stay again in KK! (in fact we already stayed twice!)
