Just a short stay, but a wonderful one. The staff were friendly and made me feel safe as a solo female traveller. Walking around the neighbourhood and to Hamra Street was easy and felt safe too. The hotel airport shuttle was great too esp for an early morning flight!

Stayed 8 nights in the executive suite, very comfortable and quiet. Staff were helpful and friendly, check-in was smooth. Location is good, close to shops and easy to get around. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Heaven Prestige Hotel cuenta con una alberca al aire libre por temporada, gimnasio, un salón compartido y terraza en Joünié. i liked how the staff was very cooperative and assistive. Also the room i booked was spacious and comfortable. The gym is very nice and clean. Whole Prestige Heaven Staff were very friendly. Enjoyed the stay thats for sure. Also was provided with breakfast plan without asking.
