I worked with Ham and Dustin during the check-in and check-out processes and they were both absolutely phenomenal, providing attentive service and excellent recommendations. These gentleman provided the best customer service experience I’ve had so far in South Korea!

Great location too, short 5min walk from the metro station with convenience stores within 1min walk. Strongly recommend!

The staff was extremely kind — they held our luggage while we waited for check-in and even allowed us to check in early. Truly great service. There’s a laundry area, which was very helpful and had clear instructions for using both the washer and dryer. The room was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the retro video game machine — I had a lot of fun with it! The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean and easy to move around in. The atmosphere was very peaceful — we slept soundly without any disturbances. I’d definitely stay here again.
