The place is truly amazing and has a spectacular view of the Giza Pyramids, plus the wonderful, friendly staff, and the cleanliness and quality of everything they do. Thank you for this wonderful hospitality.

The property is very beautiful. It is not every day that you get to sleep in a room with brick barreled ceiling. We could see the high dam from the patio of our room. Very nice little boat ride across the River to get to it. The food was plentiful. Very quiet and peaceful. Loved it!

I recently stayed at Jaz Elite Asteria and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I felt genuinely welcomed right away. I would like to give special thanks to Ms. Massouda, who truly went above and beyond throughout our stay. She checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going smoothly and made us feel incredibly well cared for. Her attentiveness and kindness made a real difference in our experience. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was perfect I also enjoyed the buffet. It was fresh, varied, and delicious, offering plenty of healthy. Overall, I highly recommend Jaz Elite Asteria whether you're traveling for business or leisure. It’s a perfect place to relax. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit

I consider myself a relatively picky person, so when I say that this was easily one of the best resort experiences I've had, I think that really says a lot. This was my first time at an all-inclusive resort, and the staff were incredibly polite, professional, and thoughtful. The room was very spacious, cleaned daily, and our room cleaner always left cute little designs on the beds which I thought added a thoughtful touch. Also the beds were suuuuper comfortable, especially the pillows which says a lot because I'm someone who never uses pillows because I can never find any that are comfy for me and the way that I sleep. I think they also offered like a pillow menu so they could bring you one that best worked for you. There were a variety of food options (I think honestly the Beach Bar restaurant had the best lunch, we went there literally every single day. We also may have developed an addiction to the spicy margaritas lol). The resort itself is very well maintained and absolutely beautiful. There are a series of other resorts next to Alaya and I really felt like we made the best decision in picking this one. It's also easy walking to both the coral and the regular beach. They had events every afternoon and evening so there was always a little something to do for everyone. Overall a great experience and I definitely will be going back!

Brand new resort, wonderfully clean and well-maintained. Excellent all-inclusive selection at meals, and some lovely restaurant options that are also included. Staff was friendly and helpful at all times, and more than willing to stop and chat. Good selection of pools and immediate access to a nice beach area, with a diving centre and house reef that we took advantage of with a scuba diving session which was a highlight of our trip. Overall great value for money, especially when considering the meals and the fact that alcohol is included in the all-inclusive price.

The owners, Michael and Bassant are super awesome, I was a solo Traveller but I felt at my intimate friends' home.. The place is a peaceful heaven on earth

Absolutely one of the best places that I have stayed on this current 30 day trip. Hotel is very beautiful and recently opened. The rooms are amazing and very large as well as the Bathrooms. The hospitality of the staff was fantastic and the management is first rate and go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of from arrival to departure. A car picks you up from the airport at a minimum fee and the driver waited as we worked our way through the airport and the flight was over an hour late. The views of the pyramids were amazing from the rooftop dining area and the your guide "Aden" was phenomenal and very pleasant to be around for several hours! Highly recommended this hotel for your stay!

Had an incredible experience at this property. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful and secure with 24/7 security that gave us real peace of mind. The space itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and professional, always available and eager to help with anything we needed. I booked a night's stay at the hotel and owing to the prompt and effective communication with the owner, Mr. Ahmed, I ended up arranging a 2-day trip from Cairo (and back) to visit the White Desert and Bahariya Oasis with pitstops at Black mountain, Crystal mountain and the lake at Bahariya. The trip was very well arranged as the car, the driver and the experiences exceeded my expectations. Farafra is far and remote but we felt very safe at the hotel and staying close to the desert meant that we got more time to witness the magnificent beauty of the desert without camping or taking a long drive back to Bahariya/Bawiti after dark. The hotel itself was clean and very suitable for a night's stay. The staff was considerate to prepare food as per our dietary preferences. Overall, if one has time for a long drive from Cairo, I recommend arranging the stay and the trip with Rahala Safari Hotel to enjoy the wonders of the white desert.

It’s simply breathtaking. The architecture, the furniture, the art…everything is amazing. The staff is very nice and professional and it as ll starts with Thomas, the general manager who gives very personal attention to every detail.
