The wildlife is amazing, particularly the birds. I saw dozens of species, just walking around, including many humming birds, tanegers, and a white hawk. I also spotted a family of agouti. When the weather clears there is also a view of the volcano.

El Hotel Indalo adults only está situado en el centro de Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, a solo 3 minutos a pie de la playa de Salsa Brava, y ofrece un jardín amplio, solárium y conexión Wi-Fi gratuita. Excelentes y bellísimas instalaciones. Me volvería a quedar ahí feliz de la vida. Gonzalo y todo el personal de Indalo son súper atentos y amables. La habitación es una delicia, la piscina ni se diga, y la vista que tienen a los árboles en el humedal de al lado son una maravilla. Ubicado en un sitio de Puerto Viejo que queda caminando a restaurantes muy buenos. Espero algún día poder volver.

The entire experience exceeded our hopes, starting with the excellent food, the location, the outside area . the garden is full of hummingbirds 😊 What truly stood out was the cleanliness of the place. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. A big thank you to the ladies who cleaned the rooms — they were kind, efficient, and always had a smile on their faces. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. A special mention must go to Fabricio at reception, who was without a doubt the best receptionist we've ever met. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of, helping with everything from local tips to making sure our needs were met. His professionalism and friendliness truly made a difference. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay!
