We loved the wildness of Manyeleti, and felt much closer to nature here than at Kruger. I feel that people are unaware of the real impact on the nature of things like synthetic soaps and compost toilets should be mandatory. I went into the game reserve for an afternoon self game...
I went into the game reserve for an afternoon self game drive. The entrance fee was 55 rands. It was during the dry season so when I first drove in I did not see any animals. But when I got to the main dam I was astonished by the number of animals that were surrounding the dam. At one spot, I witnessed hundreds of impalas and waterbuck drinking and grazing around the dam, heard of elephants and pride of lions sitting in the shade next to the dam. I do recommend booking the game drive in the park as the roads in the park is not so suitable for 4x2. I drove in with my rented polo and lost a wheel cap when I got out.Guest review byWoorimSouth Africa

Took us about an hour to move from the gate to the accommodation because we had to stop for elephants that where grazing on the side of the road. Encountered a lot of Zebras and Impalas too. The accommodation was okay. Though there are points of improvements. We enjoyed the fact that each chalet is independent of other buildings.
