Great location in sunset town, very modern and stylish property, big apartment with 2 large rooms with great bathroom facilities. Lovely sitting area with large tv with Netflix and balcony. Rooftop pool is amazing, also providing great views for the nightly fireworks. The staff were extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. Even gifted us a surprise birthday cake with candles and hat :)

It's a very beautiful boutique hotel. I enjoyed tge design so much. It was wonderful staying in that environment. Everything is very new and clean and very modern.The location is perfect 2 min to the beach and less than 5 to all the shows. Also free tickets to the cable car and water park. And free airport transfer!

The place and staff are just beautiful. The whole environment is incredibly peaceful, friendly and laid back. The owner and staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Located in a prime position to go to the beach and, when you buy drinks, you can use the facilities of the beach club. The island of Phu Quoc is incredible, especially the whole of Sunset town. Picture everything Italy has to offer and more. The town is a replica of the Amalfi coast, Venice, Milan and Rome. Amazing sights to see with daily activities. The kissing bridge is post card worthy for photos, with daily water skiing shows, puppet shows and a spectacular 3d water light show with the most amazing firworks display you will ever see. Nightly street food markets and a serenity that makes you feel your miles away from the hustle and bustle of Viatnam. The hotel Casepia is located at the prime end of sunset town and value for money is incredible. Highly recomend the ocean front suits with balcony. Cant speak highly enough of the staff and owners, a family owned and run business with a real.sense of pride for attention to detail. Accommodation included complimentary tickets for the cable cart, which holds the world record for longest cable cart, which takes you to an ajoining island and includes complimentary entry to the water them park attractions while there. Also included was complimentary access to the kissing bridge. On site restuarant was the right balance of western and oriental cuisine and breakfast included. Staff were thoughtful, kind and attentive to make sure our stay was as perfcet as could be. Scooter hire was arranged direcrly through the hotel and there is also a complimentary mini shuttle available. Cannot speak highly enough about the overall experience and service provided. A must do for anyones bucket list and we will DEFINITELY be returning in the future. Our sincere compliments to the owners for making our stay memorable. 10/10. Francesca and Elisseos

VERY quiet and comfortable bungalow in the middle of a well maintained garden. Super swimmingpool nearby. Nanh and his wife do literally everything for you, so friendly and hospitable, they became friends in the two weeks we were there. Lots of restaurants nearby. Also no far to small beaches. We rent a scooter in the retreat, that the most easy way to get to several restaurants and beaches. But they have buggy also and bring you on request to nearby places and beaches.

Family run hotel, great atmosphere and owner was really helpful with all our needs. This is what sets the place apart from everywhere else i have stayed and would therefore highly recommend. Breakfast was included and was a 2min buggy ride away. Rather than the usual buffet, bkfast was freshly cooked to order, therefore allow some extra time. The rooms were new and clean. We found that everything we needed was provided in the room, including hairdryer, kettle, water, coffee and tea and a mini fridge. I would definitely recommend this place. Twin rooms are larger and more spacious than doubles. Great view of the fireworks from the room on the higher floors with sea view.

    Phu qouc has the best weather, just cold and warm enough. The food is awesome. Its not as commercialised as other cities in vietnam. Its a cute small island with the perfect blend of love and culture. The roads are awesome, the infrastructure is awesome, the people are awesome.

    I think I chose the wrong time to visit the island..

    I think I chose the wrong time to visit the island.. Almost the whole time it was raining. The water was rough around this side of the island, and locals suggested to avoid getting into the water for safety reasons. Couldn't do much of exploring due to the weather. If you wish to enjoy the island, the best thing to do is avoid travelling between June to October (rains are unpredictable and annoying). Towards the end of October till about March, the place can be a gem.. This may probably be another reason why it's considered as the peak season by many travellers. Avoid staying in 1-hotel as travelling can take up a lot of time. Split your stay in 3-zones. North = Vinpearl + Star Fish beach + Grand World. South = Cable car, serene beaches, pearl factory, leisure time Central = Temples and markets and city tour, etc. + easiest to reach the Airport. Remember - check-in times are usually 12pm and check-out is 10am. Plan your arrival/departure accordingly. Another important thing to keep in mind is Food. If you have food restrictions, please book places which serve international food rather than just Vietnamese cuisine. Travelling around the city can be free. Yes - thanks to their Green Bus. But the flip side is the accessibility and timing. Routes are defined and based on the routes, bus timings differ(sometimes the wait can be more than 1hr, depending on the location you are at or where you need to go). Overall - I think I'll need another visit(maybe longer - 4 nights and 5 days) and at a different time of the year (Nov/Dec) to properly explore the whole Island and experience all that's there :)

    It is overrated island still not prepared for visitors. If you have already been to Thailand or Bali than you can very much skip this island. Everything is very average except sunset town, thats the only thing we found worth visiting. People there are not courteous. The resorts are very average too. you have to negotiate for everything and every activity you wish to do there. Grab is not very easily accessible. The cost of grab, activities, boat ride (island tour), cable car, star fish beach, etc. is all very expensive and not what influencers have portrayed for thus island. Overall, we found phu quoc very underwhelming and not worth a visit.

    This island is really a must see if you make the effort to visit Vietnam. So much to see and to do. The seafood is outstanding and even all the Vietnam dishes are very flavorful. I would definitely want to visit this island again.

    Phu Quoc is a great place to avoid the crazinesses of Ho Chi Minh. There are a lot of hotels to choose from, many not on third party website's a bargain is not hard to come by especially if your pay cash.

    The island is relatively small, so you can do a lot in a short amount of time. The three-island boat tour is a nice way to see a lot of the surrounding area and the cable car is a fun experience. Getting around is very easy and inexpensive. Use Grab. There are some white sand beaches that are quite beautiful such as Bai Sao beach. And, Starfish beach is quite beautiful as well. One of the best restaurants is The Spice House restaurant located at the Cassia Cottage. The food is amazing and the restaurant and hotel are absolutely beautiful.

    How Booking.com can call this hotel fabulous is beyond me. Shoddy rooms, smelly towels and a pool I would not swim in..Every noise from other rooms wakes you up as all the rooms have tiled floors and the moving of furniture beds et al makes for a restless night. And the Cockerell at 1st light gets a bit wearing. Typical of a lot of vietnamese establishments, they don't modernise...bedroom furniture outdated and by its best...get a room at the front and you will hear the students from the Hostel across the road, until the wee small hours.

    - Relatively quiet location, if cleaning woman will not wake you up in morning. Far from "ant-house" of Duong Dong area. - This is very new house. We were almost the first customers. So, rooms don't have mold, ants, etc. which is common in Vietnamese hotels. - There is big kitchen which can be used for cooking

    Nice beach, helpful airport transfer. Service average for 5 star, pool bar very slow and lots of waiting. Room cleaning very minimal. Breakfast had lots of options. Lovely sunsets. Not amazing with babies in restaurants on the beach but they do have high chairs.
