Didn't know that the hotel just open about a month ago when we checked it. Although the hotel is still new, the staff and level of service they provide seems like they have been doing it for a long time. Incredible experience!

The staff here are the most welcoming, lovely, and professional people I have met during my time in Vietnam. Emily, the manager is efficient and a pleasure to deal with,she made me feel welcome and at home from the moment i walked in the door. This is reflected in her staff, two of which left a lasting impression, Rushi and Aiden,your customer service is second to none, thank you for going above and beyond during my stay.
