I couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff are so friend and helpful. The bed is very comfortable, the room was big, the breakfast had a big selection and was very tasty. The location is perfect. It’s so close to old quarter and also to the lake. The room was cleaned every day. I was heading to the airport and one of the employees (I can’t remember his name) not only price matched Grab for me with their place service but gave it to me for 10k cheaper. Highly highly recommended!

Personnel was extraordinary. Vivien and Ruby made us feel like we stay in our own home. Their smiling faces and very useful assistance made the life easier and colorful. After checkout we left the baggage till the departure time ant Vivien offered the room available for having shower for free. It was amassing.Anytime I visit Hanoi I’ll stay in Omina so will my friends do, thanks to Vivien.

The location is amazing and not too loud at night, which is amazing for hanoi.     We fell in love in Hanoi. The food were extremely cheap! Their beef pho and bahn mi - I can't get over those!! We're already planning to go back! Do not go there if you're looking for the cleanest place because it's not. The city is a famous tourist spot and we probably saw more foreigners than the locals! My partner loves their famous coconut coffee too. So many places to visit and so many local food to try! Getting around Hanoi is easy. Expect a bit of traffic sometimes because the roads are narrow but Grab is available 24/7 - a lot of them ANYWHERE you go. It's cheap too! We wished we could've stayed longer!

    We stayed in Hanoi for 3 nights, but could have stayed an extra day. It's a buzzing city, with amazing food, coffee shops, and art galleries. We loved our day trip to Ninh Binh, which is beautiful.

    I was lucky I visit the "Hanoi Hilton", walked the lake very early in the morning which was amazing experiencing so many Vietnamese out exercising ... energy, music, smiles, laughter it was lovely. I also did a motor-cycle tour which was great ... a friendly and informative guide, coffee at the "train-street", walking around, great meals, wonderful friendly people, it was a great experience!

    Hanoi is an attack on the senses; buzzing with energy, culture, incredible food and shopping. You immediately find yourself emersed in this city, particularly the Old Quarter, and it becomes addictive. Your hotel will become a place of refuge where you will rest and recharge, but before too long you will be craving to get back out on those busy streets again to experience more!

    Ok, first thing..i prefer HCMC.

    Ok, first thing..i prefer HCMC. However i can see that if one was a first timer to Asia then this city would be more familiar perhaps. Old Quarter is v. busy, bars, touristy with all the accompanying pros and cons of that. Whatever you want will be offered to you within 10 minutes by a guy on a moped. The seedy side is not even beneath the surface. I don't pay it any mind, but for those with a weak constitution you could easily lose yourself here in a day. Just say no. Decent museum spots, sights and nice lakes. Grab bikes - blessing. My advice is to venture out of the Old Quarter, cross the bridge to the East and go explore that part too. An easy convenient city, compared to, say, Phnom Penh, but not as enjoyable as HCMC for me. I liked it, but i would probably go back to HCMC before Hanoi.

    The hotel is set in the old quarter and is conveniently situated for visits to this and the French quarter.The breakfast was very good.The whole hotel is exceptionally clean and most of the staff are more than attentive ..reception staff are so helpful as are the bell boys .. my taxi to the airport was late as it had been given the wrong address by the dispatcher.. this was nothing to do with the hotel but about 4 staff helped me and resolved the situation.. they were truly exceptional and kind ..it’s a great base for exploring Hanoi.

    Amazing facilities. This place is spotless and seems very new. It has a golf simulator, spa, excellent included breakfast and very attentive staff. Although the location sits about 25-30 minutes out from the Old Quarter and downtown, it's well worth taking a Grab which is comfy (AC) and very inexpensive. This facility was by far the best out of all the 5 star hotels we stayed at during our trip across Asia. When I visit Hanoi again, I will stay at here.

    Had a wonderful time at Eliana Premio Hotel Hanoi. Was meant to stay for one night but ended up extending for another couple of nights. Perfect location as it’s right in the Old Quarter but more importantly the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Grace, Quinn and Anne who helped me with booking tours, food recommendations and for just being the best.
