It was exactly what I needed - a lovely cosy place. The room was huge, bathroom clean, breakfast was really good and the staff were very helpful. They helped arrange a car and driver for me.

We really did not understand the comments on booking. The staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast was Ok, the bathroom was cleaned in the morning and the beds with mattresses were quite comfortable (not all beds had one on them in the dorm but you can probably ask for it at the reception).

This is a great hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room with a comfortable bed and sitting area. We had a large, clean bathroom with hot water. Air conditioner works well. Everything is very clean. Breakfast is amazing, very tasty and plentiful. The only complaint is instant coffee. Staff are excellent, very friendly, helpful and speak excellent English.
