Lovely newly renovated guesthouse is clean, open and spacious, and well decorated. Great facilities in the guesthouse and the rooms each have individual air-conditioning which is handy in the middle of the day. The terrace is a nice place to relax. Very helpful and efficient conversation with the hotel via whatsapp before arrival and during stay. The manager was extremely helpful organising us a taxi from Urgench airport and later too the train station. The guesthouse is really well located within the Khiva city walls so everything can be walked too. Breakfast was great and all the staff were warm and welcoming. Filtered water avilable was also really nice to have.

The breakfast has a good variety not to mention a really lovely environment to dine in. Location of the hotel just a stone throw away from the old city and we were greeted every morning by the local children as we walk to the old city. The hotel decor is tastefully done and really feels like an oasis to come back to after a day out in a rather sandy Khiva. The staff are a fantastic bunch!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location, it is nearby all the historical sites. There's also a nearby restaurant close to the hotel which is called Sultan's Restaurant. The food there was very delicious.

A very new and welcome hotel. The location is perfect - in the old city. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I came early morning without previous notice, and the staff did their best to provide me a room as soon as possible.
