The staff was super courteous and welcoming everytime we returned from being out. My dad is in hospice care at the VA hospital across the street. Our care free stay made it easier on us.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded all expectations. I wasn’t expecting so many hot dishes with 2 different kinds of omelets and sausages, but plenty for vegans too!! The room was very comfortable and had everything we need. The view off the balcony of the Umpqua River was beautiful!

    Would have stayed longer if it was available but it was Labor Day weekend prior. The continental breakfast was best ever for that type! Also the inside lobby was a mixed blessing. I love animals so it was kind of nice to see them on display and know when the owner probably hunted them it was a different era but also sad. Seeing the real animals at Oregon Zoo and Safari West in Winston was more pleasant.

    I picked this motel because of the location for our day at the Wildlife Safari. It was perfect for that. My son and I did a roadtrip for a week, staying at a different place just about every night. According to my son, this one had a best WiFi. The room was a really good size. Also, the staff was really helpful.
