This was such a Great Getaway! Everything was clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful in every way. It was a Unique Experience with an outside deck and fire pit. Enjoyed stay in 29 Palms very much, more than I had planned for. We had good food at the Pie in the Sky Pizza place and at 29 Palms Inn. Also did a little shopping at The Rock House and visited several street vendors. Joshua Tree National Park was wonderful. Absolutely beautiful. Had no idea rocks could be so fascinating. We did a little hiking in the morning and then stargazed in the park at night. We also attended an art exhibit at the Glass Outhouse. It was really fun and so much to see. I can't say that I would ever visit Twentynine Palms again...
I can't say that I would ever visit Twentynine Palms again unless I was intending to go to Joshua Tree National Park, or my car broke down and was forced to stay. It's a pretty rough dry place with not much happening. We visited the actual 'Twentynine Palms' administration visitor centre site and it was quite a disappointment. I was here only to hike in Joshua Tree National Park. 29 Palms park entrance is not crowded, and gets you into the park at any time of day with minimal delay. I didn't eat out or really visit the town, except for the excellent Park Visitors Center.Guest review bySafiahUnited States - 10.0

Motel was very conveniently located for our trip to JOSHUA TREE PARK. Our room was perfect for 3 travelers to share(2 beds). Appreciate the vibrant eclectic & bohemian atmosphere of the property. Simplicity in the desert! Ate amazing brunch @ JT COUNTRY KITCHEN. Fresh homemade biscuits, yummy burgers, great hash browns. But the beds are the comfiest and cosiest we’ve had on our road trip. Erin is a delightful and helpful host and you can tell the thought, love and passion she has poured into building this special place. The yurts are delightful (and well equipped for camping).
