Our room did not have toilet paper or tissues and the manager at the desk asked us to walk down and pick them up. The breakfast options in the morning were limited and when we got there at 8 AM most of them were empty. They even ran out of teabags for tea in the morning. There was no manager at the desk to ask about refilling the items that were missing. Overall it appeared management was not concerned about the guess staying in their hotel. We could not even find water in the vending machine that was on the first floor even though the book in our room said there would be a vending machine on our floor. Enjoyed our quick stop at Cuyahoga Valley National Park.
Enjoyed our quick stop at Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No admission fee, and exceptional park. Especially liked Ledges trail. Boston Mill Visitor Center is a good place to start, and they have excellent bathroom facilities there open even after hours. Next time will come when the train is running (it is down for maintenance on Mondays and Tuesdays).Guest review byTimUnited States - 8.0
