    This place was disgusting and we could not stay there.

    This place was disgusting and we could not stay there. The place said they canceled our stay and said they would say we called and said we had a death in the family so we could get refunded. After I left a bad review on the site, they told Booking.com the room was fine and there should be no refund. The room was dirty and smelled. No one should stay at this place until it is fully cleaned or remodeled. I don't know why Booking.com would have places like this on the site.

    Beautiful scenery, but the lack of a decent bedroom...

    Beautiful scenery, but the lack of a decent bedroom downstairs and no downstairs bath made it difficult to maneuver with a bad knee and could not use the hot tub, also downstairs or get downstairs to the water.

    Oh my goodness what can I say!! Just the most perfect, peaceful, wonderful hotel. We were in a king suite, a beautiful room with a lovely balcony looking over the canal. We sat out there for hours. Couldn't recommend enough! We read some reviews about the noise but we honestly didn't even notice it when in bed - also as a note, the bed was sooooo comfy and massive!!! Just the best night sleep! Thank you so much for a lovely stay and if you are thinking about booking, do! You won't regret it!!

    The location was good and quiet. Close to our needs. The 2 staff we saw were courteous and friendly. For being a grab and go breakfast, it was just fine. I liked an early check-in, too. Our room was a nice size that accommodated a couch and a desk and dresser area.

    Close to the center of town with several very good restaurant options. The on-site restaurant in particular served an excellent breakfast. The room was clean and fairly quiet. The bathroom was very modern with a nice big shower.

    Room nicely decorated. Looked more like a cabin than a hotel room. Had a nice balcony with a water view. Great location, only about 15 minutes from Shelton.
