Room was perfectly heated, comfortable, and great for working. Internet was flawless. Breakfast choice was scant. The hotel needs to upgrade the breakfast choices and provide fruit that's not overripe if they really want my repeat business. Breakfast needs to demonstrate the hotel really cares about the hospitality of their guests. Had breakfast variety been of a greater variety and higher quality, the length of my stay would have not been an issue.Guest review byDanielUnited States - 4.0

Liked the breakfast buffet. Restaurant on site was closed. Pool & Hot tub were filthy. No attendant at fitness center. Leaking roof on fourth floor. Sunday nights aren't a good night to stay there. Most diners in the area are not open Sunday night.Guest review byCousyUnited States - 10.0
I went to see and spend time with family.
I went to see and spend time with family. It was just as great this time as it has ever been. This is the only place we stay. Smokers are not allowed to hang out at the entrance door, so we weren't exposed to that. The pool is beautiful, and we heard children having a grand time. Breakfast was really good, better than fast food but not quite IHOP's. Also we saved money booking through booking.com. We ate at OIP, delicious!Guest review byTerry - 10.0

the people are friendly even the restaurant we ate. Not much to see in the city but we enjoyed the fall season . We visited multiple waterfalls in Finger Lakes, beautiful hiking trails and went apple picking.Guest review byMyrna

Was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was! The room was very clean. Breakfast was the typical type of hotel breakfast which is all anyone really needs, so it was nice that it was included for free. We had to grab a taxi to Tioga Downs which was $20 each way, but better than worrying about driving (we had a few beverages).Guest review byColleeeeeeeUnited States
