We took the Riverboat dinner cruise and it was great! Very friendly staff, excellent food and very enjoyable entertainment made for a memorable experience we will fondly remember! The following day we dined at Toni's Steakhouse on Eisenhower Drive and had a terrific meal, very enjoyable! We stayed in the beautiful historic home (The Forsyth Inn) in a perfect location overlooking Forsyth Park. Close enough to walk to everything, but there is a free DOT bus if you prefer. Nice breakfast served out on the porch of the Inn (weather permitting). Tons of restaurants down by the river and throughout the historic district. Lots of history and sites to see. Check out the Farmers Market on Saturdays in Forsyth Park. Walk down Jones Street. Enjoy the ambiance of all those beautiful Live Oak trees!Guest review byJamesVatican City - 8.0

We love the city it’s a nice romantic place to come with your lover or husband or wife we only stayed 1 night but we will definitely be back and stay longer it’s so much to do and the river front is a must and make sure you stay near down town to get the full experience we stay off I-95 and the hotel wasn’t the best so it was the only bad thing that I have to say.Guest review bySHANTEKAUnited States - 10.0
We go to Savannah at least 4 times a year.
We go to Savannah at least 4 times a year. We have stayed in almost all of the B&Bs in the historic district as well as many of the hotels and even some 2 and 3 bedroom VRBO offerings. Once we get to Savannah the idea is to park the car and not get back in a vehicle until the day we leave. This is a great walking town and we always have felt safe wandering around the squares, going in and out of stores and eating establishments, and enjoying some of the nightlife. River Street and Bay street shops are a bit touristy but still are a lot of fun. Avoid chain restaurants (not many of those anyway) and go to great places like Fiddlers and Pirate House for seafood, Vics on the River and Bella Napoli for fine dining, and Treylor Park (Bay St), Seafood Shack or Common on Broughton for great lunch options. Don't forget Lulu's Chocolate Bar for desserts and yummy martinis. If you get tired walking, a PediCab is a great way to get around.Guest review byDianeUnited States - 10.0

The property was close to downtown Savannah. The external of the property looked good. Parking was very good. The main room was very large. Plenty of space to put clothes or hang them, if you had your own hangers. Decent kitchen area for cooking, the use of a hob and microwave with a large sink, no crockery, silverware or pans.
