    Arrived an only had 1 room, when clearly 2 rooms were...

    Arrived an only had 1 room, when clearly 2 rooms were reserved back in 12/2024. As a result, had to make due for 2 nights. Was only offered for me to use the lobby and find another hotel in mobile. And there was a old French fry on the air-conditioner which front lady chuckled about. Totally was not amused.

    The hotel was very clean.

    The hotel was very clean. The customer service was excellent. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great and close to everything we needed. The grounds of the hotel were neat and clean. The towels were fluffy and not hard. Upon entrance to the hotel it smelled clean, and the same when we opened the door to our room. Last but not least the price was very affordable.

    I like the Wintzell's Oyster House Restaurant which was...

    I like the Wintzell's Oyster House Restaurant which was close by and there was a shopping center in the area. If I have to come back to Saraland, I would stay here again. It was a pleasurable stay.

    THE BEDS SLEEP OK...BUT

    THE BEDS SLEEP OK...BUT MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEAN AND BLOOD WAS ON OUR LINEN THE FLOOR WAS NOT VACUUM AND THE COUNTER TOP IN THE BATHROOM WAS NASTY! THE FRONT DESK HELP HAD TO BRING US CLEAN LINENS FOR BOTH BEDS! WE DIDN'T EAT AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO NOT BEING CLEAN! I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH MY ROOM!

    For an overnight travel stay on the way to your destination...

    For an overnight travel stay on the way to your destination it serves the purpose. Breakfast was lacking. One (1) cold hard biscuit with wallpaper paste gravy does not constitute breakfast. Be prepared to stop for breakfast on the road.

    One you got passed the front desk, the facility was a...

    One you got passed the front desk, the facility was a disaster. Because of COVID restrictions you can't view the rooms before paying and once you've paid, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. There is water damage on the ceiling tiles, the floors were filthy, hole in bathroom door in my room had poor repair and paint, sliding closet door was detached from the ceiling at one end, tub had rust in the bottom... this place is literally a flop house. The high rating it received on Booking.com is fraudulent.

    Enjoyed our brief visit nice clean hotel , everything seemed in order I would stay again and no problem recommending this place well placed for everything local and access to I -65 . Rooms are of good size beds very comfortable good pillow selection .

    It was a suite, room was big and very comfortable. The hotel was nice, it was not super new, but overall for a quick overnight stay this was amazing.
