Princeville is a quiet residential neighborhood.
Princeville is a quiet residential neighborhood. Hanalei is a village about 15 minutes, with some nice restaurant and boutiques. Bigger town, Kappa is 35 minutes. However, Princeville has a grocery store with all your needs. I really enjoyed Princeville and will stay again there. Pros- scenery, sunset views, lots of greenery and plants. Golf course, walking and running path. Short drive to Hanalei and other beautiful beaches. The location was perfect for us.
The location was perfect for us. Grocery store nearby was fabulous. Went to Saturday market. The view of the ocean was so relaxing didn’t even want to leave the condo some days we ate it only food trucks. We had so much fun discovering them.Guest review byTanaUnited States - 10.0

Princeville as an area of Kauai is great. But your facility, not so great! We went to another hotel for our last 3 days of our 7 days in Kauai because of the reviews we read online prior to our purchase, because of the reviews we read before we booked with you. we wanted the view of Hanalei Bay/Bali Hai. It was poor at best. If your explanation of the property, logistics, and other buildings had very good views I'd have chosen those. I asked the hosts there if I could book directly with them so I could choose the building and orientation I wanted and they said no. Unless I could do that with VACASA I wouldn't come back.Guest review bySam
