United KingdomThe staff were very friendly. The hotel was clean, comfortable and cool. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was great. Breakfast was special, plenty of choice and a pancake machine I’ve never seen before. Kids loved it. We enjoyed the bar across from the entrance in the evening. The hotel offered a pool that kids would love. We found the hotel location near the road we were on so this was great for us, no noise in room though.

This property was clean & maintained nicely.
This property was clean & maintained nicely. Very busy with families due to a small water park inside. Breakfast was well organized & staffed appropriately. Lots & lots of small children but mostly well behaved. The only issue was families permitted young children to utilize the hot tub which posted “no one under 16”. Attendants did not enforce this rule.

Bad location, front desk female was rude , I got charged an xtra $50 due to the fact that I had more than 2 children with me , my granddaughter got hurt by kids in pool . I told front staff they just gave them a warning instead of not being back in the pool . My granddaughter was bleeding out of her nose. Bad experience hotel was to strict .. if you make noise you get charged. Just bad experience will not going there again… The pool was okay.. They wanna overcharge people due to the pool . Sticking to my original hotel!

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days and it was wonderful. The view of Lake Erie and the sunsets were spectacular. Bald eagles could often be spotted flying overhead. It's not far from Presque Isle Park and the beaches there were excellent. Our suite had a Kitchen , enough to make our own meals. The staff and or owners are so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the area. The pool which I believe is heated looked beautiful and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again in the future

We unfortunately had our stay on a crazy busy weekend in the area we did not know about and we couldn't even enjoy the pool area with our 2 kids with the amount of people in there and noone to monitor the pool there was a few unhappy moments with the actions of other people. Also being a fully booked hotel with nothing but children is was extremely loud would have been wonderful I believe if it wasn't for the situation of the weekend
