Breakfast was fine, but probably typically American, I missed the fresh vegetables and cheese, otherwise it was ok, the menu was rich. Wifi had a good signal, the room was spacious beyond expectations, also well equipped. Great bus connection directly from the front of the hotel to near Times Square in about 20 minutes. I would choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is very comfortable! The room had all this space that is very hard to find in the NYC area. It is located relatively close to Manhattan, and there are many buses around it that take to downtown. We will book with them in the future!

Always my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Newark for a concert at Prudential Center! Super near and convenient. Front desk staffs were nice, especially the night time employee who got me checked in! Talktive and friendly! Made me feel welcome no matter how late it was :)

    Ms Krystal Perez at the reception desk literally forced us to move out, because she "didn't see the booking for the next day in the system". Of course I've showed her all the confirmations. So we checked out at 12 and checked in at 5pm at the same day.

    No breakfast like they had on web site. Was charged more for room than what I was told on web site. Told 225. Was billed over 250 unsure why. Not happy about that. Unsure if I will use booking again.

    This hotel is located right outside of the New York-New...

    This hotel is located right outside of the New York-New Jersey Tunnel. Great Location!!! Not far from Nickelodeon Theme Park if your traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there is a small gym, and a Starbucks in the lobby. Cons: The rooms could use some updating, there are no microwaves in the rooms and no swimming pool at this facility. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

    Courtyard was last minute savior since our booking was cancelled at another hotel without an intimation and it was almost midnight. Reception staff were accommodating. Lady at restaurant for breakfast was humble, nice and supportive for choosing breakfast options. There was bus stop right across the street where you can take bus and it will drop you right in the center of New York within 10 mins at port authority bus terminal. so there is no hassle of taking your own car into chaos of traffic . It was overall a good experience.

    First time ever, my husband didn't wake up with a sore back in a hotel! He even liked the chair in the corner. We were able to get a room near the elevator. This place is older but very clean. Will definitely stay here again!
