I liked the hotel and the staff were there for anything you might need. The rooms were clean and freshly taken care of. The room was spacious and well maintained. All you could need or ask for. The salt water pool was heated and was great to be able to swim and enjoy the water even though it was 38 degrees outside. The location of the Ramada Hotel in Locust, GA is in the perfect location to get to everything you need...and the stay was absolutely AMAZING. We even had a last-minute reservation/hotel stay needed and they accommodated us right on the spot!!!! And at a great price/rate. This hotel is by far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. The bed seemed brand new and linens were clean and spotless. The best sleep we've had in a hotel in years! Lots of restaurants nearby to choose from and the location is safe. Wished we would have had more time. Our 6 year old really wanted to get in the pool. The hotel was clean, everone was polite, and it was quite. The location was great!
The location was great! Everything as far as restaurants and shopping were all in close proximity. First night we dined at Steak and Shake... I don't know WHO the cook is/was but he did a wonderfully delicious job! Of course we had to visit one of our favorite spots for ice cream, Chick-fil-A! I think it's safe to say... Told it would be Sunday, it wasn’t. Employees lied about pool. That was the ONLY REASON we came to the hotel. It was my Granddaughter 5th birthday. Her only request was to stay at a hotel so she could swim. We booked two rooms at $200 a night JUST SO SHE COULD SWIM!!! We could have saved that $400 and just stayed home!!!!!
