    I think that it is very unfair that they can cancel...

    I think that it is very unfair that they can cancel someone’s reservation and still take their money for a room they did not even stay in!! I would NOT recommend this hotel to my friends or family or ANYONE for that matter. I was treated poorly and very unfairly.

    The Doubletree had a great staff and immediately offered to take care of any need or inconvenience. I have stayed there before and would definitely stay there again! Leominster has several good eating places nearby.

    Well Leominster IS ... THE Birthplace of Johnny Appleseed!!

    Well Leominster IS ... THE Birthplace of Johnny Appleseed!! So they do have some Very Nice Apple Orchards. As Well as many other great Attractions to check out! Leominster is Also a Family Friendly Place, ALOT of GOOD PEOPLE here!

    Do you only good thing about the property was the size of the room that thing was filthy I think I deserve a complementary room or I would leave a bad review with the pictures I took of all the dust in nastiness you guys basically just dust areas that I love your boy. I took pictures that will probably shut you down via Board of Health. No bullshit, so tell me what you wanna do about it?

    No hot water, noisy all night long like a crack head hotel, no coffee for the morning, no breakfast and no ways or means to make anything in the room. There was no microwave,no coffee maker,no refrigerator. Nothing but a TV and a bed! Pure garbage!!!

    The smiles and the controlled environment. Great hotel built mostly correctly. 24 hour staff to give you strange looks when you ask for a notepad after 11 o'clock.
