    Rooms were great. Clean, comfortable. It was right off the interstate which is where we needed to be. Price was very reasonable. Front desk was very polite and friendly. Flapjacks restaurant was right next door if you didn't want the hotel breakfast. We will stay here again.

    This hotel was absolutely excellent.

    This hotel was absolutely excellent. Clean great staff beds were comfortable and plenty of parking just a short drive to all the local places and right down the street from Buc-ees . We will definitely be back and will only stay at this hotel . Even though we visited in the winter time still lots to see and do

    Staff was friendly and got us in our room quickly. We checked in an hour early but the room was ready! Clean, modern and quite. Breakfast was awesome, great selection and room was open and clean. Loved the outdoor fire pit!

    The room was outdated, and the mattress was stained and dirty. It literally had dirt down in where the buttons are on the mattress the sheets were stained, the door did not shut at the top, like it had been pushed in, there were gnats that came out of the drains, The room was disgusting and I was very unhappy with it

    Noisy, room exterior door to a busy highway door lock broken,drapes falling, ceiling falling, bathroom dirty-coffee from previous tenants still on counter top, bathroom rusty around fixtures. Electrical socket falling out of wall. Curtain dirty .HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! Management response....we will have to have maintenance look at this when you leave.🤯🤯🥵🥵

    Very clean very quiet very nice staff a fantastic fire pit and a nice Continental definitely stay there again only bad things was from hotel to the main drag very hard to get out in No place to Make u-turn but not the hotels fault.

    That's my second time here at Quality Inn Kodak, Sevierville and as the first I am not been disappointed. I love that place starting from the front desk guys which are always so helpful and welcome you with a smile on face. Everything is fine, clean rooms, quite enought, positioned into the right spot, free goodies into the room, Buc-ees right across the street what else. I'll be back here for sure when in Sevierville or tired driving on 40. Have a stop, it's worth it!

    Having the expanded hot breakfast. We was super impressed with the pancake machine. The beds were very comfortable. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Coffee and cookies were always available. Very nice bathroom layout and our room was clean. Hotel was newly renovated and well kept. We just loved our stay we would definitely stay again.

    Nothing special from the outside other than a nice sitting area, but we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to our room. Exceptional room, very clean and a comfortable bed! If you are traveling through the area, I highly recommend this hotel. A hidden gem!
